Y/D bulky acrylic tweed is fabric of chemical fibers imitating wool fabrics. It is solid and thick, decorative and excellent in keeping warm. It can be easily washed and quickly dried up, resistant to moth and direct sunlight, but sensible in prices. The main raw materials for the fabrics are acrylic in 40% high-shrinkage fiber and 60% shrinkage fiber, which are blended and twisted, and after being bulked and dyed with cationic dye, the fabrics offer a puff and soft hand. With the varied weave of twill and colors plus the decoration of bulked yarns, the fabrics can even match the woolen fabrics.
Y/D bulky acrylic tweed is mainly used for making coats for the middle-aged ladies, children’s wears and three-quarter coats. It is economic and practical in applications.
